How does hourly booking work?
You book the room by the hour, with a minimum of one hour for the Executive Office and Teaching Studio, and two hours for the Creative Production Hall. The room is fully rigged when you arrive — setup time is ours, not yours.
Can I bring my own crew?
Yes. Each room has a stated capacity — 1–3 for the Executive Office, 1–2 for the Teaching Studio, 2–5 for the Creative Hall. That figure includes everyone in the room, so count your crew when you book.
What is included in the hourly rate?
The room, all fixed equipment in it, lighting already set, and an operator to get you rolling. Editing, grading and motion graphics are separate services or part of a package.
Do I pay online or at the studio?
Either. You can pay online to confirm instantly, or reserve now and pay when you arrive. Both options hold your slot.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full refund, 24–48 hours for 50%. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your slot.
How soon do I get my footage?
Raw footage is handed over the same day. Edited deliverables typically take 3–5 working days depending on scope.
