What we collect
To take a booking we need your name and phone number. Email is optional. We store what you tell us about your project so we can prepare the room.
We do not collect anything else about you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Payment details
We never see your card. Online payments are handled entirely by the payment provider on their own systems. No card number ever reaches our servers or our database.
How long we keep it

Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the payment provider for the transaction itself. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers that profile you.
Your rights
Ask us and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Booking records tied to invoices must be retained for tax purposes, but we scrub your personal details from them.
