Cancelling a booking

The refund amount is always shown to you before you confirm a cancellation. You will never have to work it out yourself.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free more than 24 hours before your slot, subject to availability. Inside 24 hours a 10% fee applies. A booking may be rescheduled twice.
If we cancel
If we cancel for any reason — equipment failure, a power cut, anything — you receive a full refund regardless of notice, plus priority rebooking at a time you choose.
No-shows
Arriving more than 30 minutes late without contacting us is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Your slot is held for that 30 minutes.
